Artistic and Interdisciplinary Festival to be held in October and November. BILHÓ is not just for watching, but also for building.

A cultural project that happens in the hands, voices and ideas of those who live it. During two months of programming, local and national artists join the community to build a living space for dialogue and experimentation. The program includes concerts, workshops, roundtables and artistic residencies, in a relaxed environment, but deeply connected to the Trás-os-Montes region.
