Registration is now open for the allocation of sales spaces at the Sabores de Chaves 2026 event.

The Municipality hereby announces the regulations governing the allocation of spaces for the sale of local agri-food products and handicrafts at the 2026 edition of “Sabores de Chaves” (Flavors of Chaves), an event to be held at the Municipal Pavilion on January 30 and 31 and February 1.

Registration must be formalized by completing the respective registration form by November 14, in accordance with the regulations.

It is intended for individuals and/or legal entities in the sectors of smoked meats, pastries and baked goods, wine, olive oil, chestnuts, honey, liqueurs and jams, handicrafts, and others, who are producers/artisans/entrepreneurs duly licensed to carry out the activity. On an exceptional basis, non-profit organizations and/or associations may also participate.

Participants from the agri-food sector must have their residence and/or registered office in the Eurocity Chaves-Verin and may only offer for sale products produced in the same geographical area. Exceptionally, all wine producers certified by the Trás-os-Montes Wine Commission and others representing institutions may participate.

Participation in the event is subject to the selection of applications based on criteria of diversity of proposals, authenticity, and quality, and is the sole responsibility of the organization.
